设计了单因素仿真试验,利用 ABAQUS 有限元软件对切削力与材料属性的关系进行了仿真,并对仿真结果进行了分析。基于最小二乘原理对定切削用量下切削力与3种材料属性的关系进行了数值拟合,并用R-square 对拟合结果进行了检验,分析表明拟合结果具有一定的可靠性。随着弹性模量的增加,切削力有明显增大的趋势,当泊松比≤0.3时,切削力约35 N;当泊松比>0.3时,切削力呈现出迅速上升的趋势。切削力随密度的增加总体呈现下降的趋势。

설계료단인소방진시험,이용 ABAQUS 유한원연건대절삭력여재료속성적관계진행료방진,병대방진결과진행료분석。기우최소이승원리대정절삭용량하절삭력여3충재료속성적관계진행료수치의합,병용R-square 대의합결과진행료검험,분석표명의합결과구유일정적가고성。수착탄성모량적증가,절삭력유명현증대적추세,당박송비≤0.3시,절삭력약35 N;당박송비>0.3시,절삭력정현출신속상승적추세。절삭력수밀도적증가총체정현하강적추세。
The simulation of single factor experiment was designed,the relationship between the cutting force and mate-rial properties was simulated by ABAQUS software,and the simulation results were analyzed.Based on the principle of the least squares,the relationship between cutting force and 3 kinds of materials properties was studied by numerical fitting un-der the constant cutting parameter,the fitting results was inspected by the “R-square”.The results showed that the fitting results had certain reliability.With the increase of elasticity modulus,the cutting force has an obvious tendency of increase, when poisson's ratio is less than 0.3,the cutting force is in the vicinity of 35 N.When poisson's ratio is more than 0.3,the cutting force presents a rapidly rising trend,and it presents an overall declining trend with the increase of density.
