The blade is becoming more complicated and sophisticated,and an inappropriate programing of numeral con-trol (NC)processing will probably result in problems such as the interference or collision between cutting tool and work-piece,leaving residual areas and has ineffective processing,which can affect manufacturing reliability and efficiency.There-fore,the study on the processing of blade based on simulation exerts great significance during in the course of blade process-ing.
