为了设计适用于0.01 MPa高真空度下真空喷涂工艺的密封结构,首先,对该结构的工作环境做了简要说明;然后,建立密封结构模型并对该结构的工作原理进行了解析说明,采用有限元法对初始建立的模型和密封圈变形进行分析,进而得出密封结构设计的关键参数;最后,通过仿真分析,验证了2个密封圈在2.4 mm最优变形量下,与传动轴之间的挤压应力能够满足真空喷涂工况下传动轴的密封要求。该结构的成功设计与应用为简单密封件的设计提供了新的思路。

In order to design a seal structure which can suit to high vacuum painting process in 0.01 MPa vacuum de-grees,firstly a brief description of the structure working environments was made,and then,a seal structure model was made and its operation principle was explained.After that,an analysis would be made about the model and O seal ring de-signed in the beginning to get the key parameter of the seal structure in design,finally,made sure the press between the two O rings in the best distortion of 2.4mm as a whole and the shaft can confirm the seal of rotating shaft in vacuum painting working condition.This successful design and usage can supply new thought for simple seal structure design.
