通过对飞机大部件接合交点孔制造过程进行分析,提出了一种采用动力切削设备替代传统人工方式,实现飞机大部件接合交点孔精加工的技术,并进行了试验验证。结果表明,采用自动进给钻结合精加工工装的方案有效、可靠,能够满足大部件叉耳配合交点孔精加工的技术要求。鉴于飞机大部件叉耳配合交点孔对接精加工工装定位形式受产品结构因素影响较大,建议产品设计人员在满足飞机强度和疲劳等因素的基础上,采用用于固定精加工工装的工艺孔,该工艺孔可在部件状态单独制出,从而实现精加工用工装的准确定位。
通過對飛機大部件接閤交點孔製造過程進行分析,提齣瞭一種採用動力切削設備替代傳統人工方式,實現飛機大部件接閤交點孔精加工的技術,併進行瞭試驗驗證。結果錶明,採用自動進給鑽結閤精加工工裝的方案有效、可靠,能夠滿足大部件扠耳配閤交點孔精加工的技術要求。鑒于飛機大部件扠耳配閤交點孔對接精加工工裝定位形式受產品結構因素影響較大,建議產品設計人員在滿足飛機彊度和疲勞等因素的基礎上,採用用于固定精加工工裝的工藝孔,該工藝孔可在部件狀態單獨製齣,從而實現精加工用工裝的準確定位。

Through analysis of manufacturing process about finish machining of joints of aircraft big parts,put forward the scheme of power cutting equipment to replace manual and realized finish machining of joint holes of aircraft big parts, which was tested.The results showed that the automatic feed drilling combined machining jig scheme is efficient,reliable, and meeting the finish machining of joints of aircraft big parts.Due to big effects of products structure to finish machining jig location way of coordinate joint holes of aircraft big parts,it was recommended that setting process holes for fixing jig on the condition of meeting aircraft strength and fatigue.It can be made separately,so the precision location can be realized for finish machining.
