以12R22.5无内胎全钢载重子午线轮为例,研究无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎三角胶软质胶与硬质胶体积比和组成结构对胎圈耐久性能的影响。结果表明:三角胶软质胶/硬质胶体积比为3∶1时,胎体帘布端点的应变化能较小,胎圈耐久性能较好。
以12R22.5無內胎全鋼載重子午線輪為例,研究無內胎全鋼載重子午線輪胎三角膠軟質膠與硬質膠體積比和組成結構對胎圈耐久性能的影響。結果錶明:三角膠軟質膠/硬質膠體積比為3∶1時,胎體簾佈耑點的應變化能較小,胎圈耐久性能較好。

In this study, based on 12R22.5 tubeless TBR tire, the inlfuence of composition and structure of bead ifller on the endurance performance of tire was studied. The experimental test results showed that when the volume ratio of soft compound and hard compound of the bead ifller was 3:1, the SENER at the endpoint of carcass ply was low and the endurance performance of tire was better.
