为提高实心轮胎的耐久性能,优化其胎芯胶配方。结果表明,主体材料采用天然橡胶部分替代顺丁橡胶、补强剂采用炭黑N660替代炭黑N330并适当调整硫化体系,胎芯胶的生热降低,轮胎的耐久性能明显提高。

In this study, the inner compound of solid tire was optimized in order to improve the tire durability. In the compound formulation, part of the BR was replaced by NR, carbon black N660 was used instead of N330, and the curing system was also adjusted. After the optimization, the heat build-up of the inner compound was reduced and the tire durability was signiifcantly improved.
