目的:建立在线超滤-离子色谱法检测鱼子酱中多聚磷酸盐的方法。方法利用超纯水超声提取鱼子酱中的多聚磷酸盐,经在线超滤装置自动在线净化样品,由电导检测器检测样品中的多聚磷酸盐含量。结果该方法检出限(LOD)为10 mg/kg。标准加入法测定所有被测物的高、中、低三个浓度加标水平的回收率范围分别为正磷酸盐95%~120%、焦磷酸盐68%~75%、三聚磷酸盐85%~88%、三偏磷酸盐100%~107%,相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.38%~1.36%之间。4种被测物在1~80μg/mL范围内线性良好, R2均大于0.999。结论该方法稳定、快速、精密度高、线性范围宽,适合鱼子酱中多聚磷酸盐的含量测定。

목적:건립재선초려-리자색보법검측어자장중다취린산염적방법。방법이용초순수초성제취어자장중적다취린산염,경재선초려장치자동재선정화양품,유전도검측기검측양품중적다취린산염함량。결과해방법검출한(LOD)위10 mg/kg。표준가입법측정소유피측물적고、중、저삼개농도가표수평적회수솔범위분별위정린산염95%~120%、초린산염68%~75%、삼취린산염85%~88%、삼편린산염100%~107%,상대표준편차(RSD)재0.38%~1.36%지간。4충피측물재1~80μg/mL범위내선성량호, R2균대우0.999。결론해방법은정、쾌속、정밀도고、선성범위관,괄합어자장중다취린산염적함량측정。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of polyphosphates in caviar using ion chromatography-inline ultrafiltration. Methods The polyphosphates in caviar was determined by ion chromatography with inline ultrafiltration, and the conductivity detector was be used to detect polyphosphates in caviar. Results The method detection limit was 10 mg/kg. Recoveries of orthophosphate, pyrophosphate, tripolyphosphate and three metaphosphate were between 95%~120%, 68%~75%, 85%~88%and 100%~107%, respectively. The precision RSD were in the range of 0.38%~1.36%. The lineal range in 1~80μg/mL was with high correlation coefficients (R2>0.999). Conclusion The method is sensitive, accurate and reproducible, and it is suitable for the determination of polyphosphates in caviar.
