目的:建立对保健食品中非法添加的盐酸二氧丙嗪的筛查方法。方法采用薄层色谱法(TLC)进行快速筛查,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对盐酸二氧丙嗪进行定性分析以及定量测定,并采用超高效液相-质谱联用法(UPLC-MS)进行确证。结果薄层色谱法盐酸二氧丙嗪斑点显色明显;高效液相色谱法在11.149~222.977μg/mL范围内线性良好,质谱图中盐酸二氧丙嗪分子离子峰及二级碎片离子明显。结论本方法专属性强,灵敏度高,重现性好,可作为清咽类保健食品是否添加盐酸二氧丙嗪的检测方法。
目的:建立對保健食品中非法添加的鹽痠二氧丙嗪的篩查方法。方法採用薄層色譜法(TLC)進行快速篩查,採用高效液相色譜法(HPLC)對鹽痠二氧丙嗪進行定性分析以及定量測定,併採用超高效液相-質譜聯用法(UPLC-MS)進行確證。結果薄層色譜法鹽痠二氧丙嗪斑點顯色明顯;高效液相色譜法在11.149~222.977μg/mL範圍內線性良好,質譜圖中鹽痠二氧丙嗪分子離子峰及二級碎片離子明顯。結論本方法專屬性彊,靈敏度高,重現性好,可作為清嚥類保健食品是否添加鹽痠二氧丙嗪的檢測方法。
목적:건립대보건식품중비법첨가적염산이양병진적사사방법。방법채용박층색보법(TLC)진행쾌속사사,채용고효액상색보법(HPLC)대염산이양병진진행정성분석이급정량측정,병채용초고효액상-질보련용법(UPLC-MS)진행학증。결과박층색보법염산이양병진반점현색명현;고효액상색보법재11.149~222.977μg/mL범위내선성량호,질보도중염산이양병진분자리자봉급이급쇄편리자명현。결론본방법전속성강,령민도고,중현성호,가작위청인류보건식품시부첨가염산이양병진적검측방법。
Objective To establish a method for identification of dioxopromethazine hydrochloride illegally added in health care food. Methods The dioxopromethazine hydrochloride was identified by thin layer chromatography (TLC) and ultra performance liquid chromatography quadrupole time of flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-QTOF-MS), and the content was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results The linear range of the method was between 11.149 and 222.977μg/mL, and the regression equation was Y=4.8870×104X+8.6351×103 with correlation coefficient of 0.9999. The detection limit was 1.115μg/mL. Conclusion The method is convenient, reliable and accurate. It can be used to detect illegal adulteration of dioxopromethazine hydrochloride in health care food.
