分析了摩托车油箱涂装工艺流程,针对油箱涂装生产线系统的特点,采用Witness仿真软件构建油箱涂装生产线物流仿真模型,定义了模型的元素及功能,设定仿真参数,根据系统的繁忙率与空闲率,提出优化措施,为制造企业的生产物流系统分析与改善提供理论依据和仿真模型。
分析瞭摩託車油箱塗裝工藝流程,針對油箱塗裝生產線繫統的特點,採用Witness倣真軟件構建油箱塗裝生產線物流倣真模型,定義瞭模型的元素及功能,設定倣真參數,根據繫統的繁忙率與空閒率,提齣優化措施,為製造企業的生產物流繫統分析與改善提供理論依據和倣真模型。

In this paper, we introduced the technical process of the finishing of motorbike oil tanks, then in view of the characteristics of the finishing line, used the Witness simulation software to build the model of the finishing line, defined the elements and functions of the model, and at the end, according to the busy rate and idling rate of the system, proposed the measures to optimize the finishing line.
