根据应急抢险救灾物资需求时效性强的特点,定义了考虑时间因素和需要量满足程度的时间满意度函数,建立时间满意的多目标应急物资运输问题的数学模型。针对数学模型,设计了序贯式算法,并利用LINGO软件编制程序进行了求解。最后通过一个实例验证了数学模型的科学性和算法的有效性。
根據應急搶險救災物資需求時效性彊的特點,定義瞭攷慮時間因素和需要量滿足程度的時間滿意度函數,建立時間滿意的多目標應急物資運輸問題的數學模型。針對數學模型,設計瞭序貫式算法,併利用LINGO軟件編製程序進行瞭求解。最後通過一箇實例驗證瞭數學模型的科學性和算法的有效性。

In this paper, in light of the characteristics of the emergency disaster relief materials, we defined the time satisfaction function that considered time factor and level of demand satisfaction, then built the mathematical model of the multi-objective emergency material transportation problem with time satisfaction consideration, for which a sequential algorithm was designed and programmed using the LINGO software, and at the end, through a numerical example, demonstrated the effectiveness and validity of the model and the algorithm.
