本试验对牦牛犊的母源抗体消长情况进行了分析，并对牦牛注射同种疫苗（不同免疫间隔和次数）后产生的免疫抗体进行了检测，旨在探寻牦牛口蹄疫最佳免疫程序。结果显示：牦牛犊母源抗体水平在15日龄后逐渐降低，至60日龄降到临界值附近；成年牦牛在首次免疫后2周进行加强免疫，口蹄疫抗体滴度明显更高。因此，建议牦牛犊在60日龄进行O型口蹄疫首免，2周后再加强免疫一次。
본시험대모우독적모원항체소장정황진행료분석，병대모우주사동충역묘（불동면역간격화차수）후산생적면역항체진행료검측，지재탐심모우구제역최가면역정서。결과현시：모우독모원항체수평재15일령후축점강저，지60일령강도림계치부근；성년모우재수차면역후2주진행가강면역，구제역항체적도명현경고。인차，건의모우독재60일령진행O형구제역수면，2주후재가강면역일차。
In order to research the yak′s immunization program of FMD, this experiment had analyzed the maternal antibody of yak calves,detected the immune antibody after injecting the same FMD vaccine but different immune time and interval. The results showed that yak calves′ maternal antibody decreased after 15-days-old,down to the critical value at 60-days-old,the antibody titer of adult yaks had increased obviously when strengthened immunization in two weeks after the first immunization. So,we suggested that yak′s first immunization at 60-days-old,and two weeks later for the second injection.
