针对吉林省东南部山区医药物流集散度较低、企业管理模式陈旧、医药物流管理比较粗放等情况，在探讨了医药物流特征的基础上，研究了智能医药物流的特征，并提出整合医药企业、提升品牌，优化企业资源，构建完善的医药物流管理系统，培养一批专业化的物流管理和技术人才，建设专业化的医药物流服务商，强化绿色物流理念，构建绿色物流供应链及将智能医药物流与医药电子商务有机融合的发展模式等实践路径。

In this paper, in view of the problems of the medical logistics system of the southeastern mountainous regions in Jilin, on the basis of a discussion of the characteristics of medical logistics processes, we studied the measures to integrate the medical enterprises, improve their brand value and optimize their resources and at the end proposed to build the smart medical logistics system and integrate the green logistics and supply chain mode into the development of the medical logistics system of these regions.
