为了能在实际钻井工作中方便地使重晶石粉得到回收再利用，利用一种旋流回收混合装置，与离心机、加重泵配合使用，使排出的泥浆固体即时回收，重新进入泥浆循环系统。经在实际生产中运用，证实该装置可以达到预期回收重晶石的效果，大幅减少泥浆材料的添加，不但降低成本、简单实用，而且减少泥浆固体排放，降低劳动强度。

In order to recycle and reuse barite conveniently during the actual drilling work,a kind of vortex recycling and mixing device are used,working with centrifuge and weight pump for recy-cling the discharged mud solid immediately and turning back to circulation system.The practical use proves that the device can achieve expected effect.The device can greatly reduce the mud ma-terial needs,simply and practically,not only cut cost,but also decrease the mud solid discharge and lower work intensity.
