根据某台国产1000 MW核能机组四极发电机定子绕组端部出厂模态的试验结果及机组调试阶段的实测振动数据,探讨了其振动特性,并将其与相同容量的二极发电机进行了比较。结果表明:该四极发电机定子绕组端部固有频率有效避开了100 Hz电磁激励频率,具有良好的动态特性;其在额定转速1500 r/min空载、三相短路试验、全励磁试验、额定负荷工况下的振动最大幅值≤24μm,振动状态良好;与国产相同容量二极发电机相比,其转速减半,绕组端部的电动力也减半。
根據某檯國產1000 MW覈能機組四極髮電機定子繞組耑部齣廠模態的試驗結果及機組調試階段的實測振動數據,探討瞭其振動特性,併將其與相同容量的二極髮電機進行瞭比較。結果錶明:該四極髮電機定子繞組耑部固有頻率有效避開瞭100 Hz電磁激勵頻率,具有良好的動態特性;其在額定轉速1500 r/min空載、三相短路試驗、全勵磁試驗、額定負荷工況下的振動最大幅值≤24μm,振動狀態良好;與國產相同容量二極髮電機相比,其轉速減半,繞組耑部的電動力也減半。

On the basis of the routine test results and actual measured vibration data during the unit com-missioning,the vibration characteristics of end winding on a domestic 1 000 MW turbo-generator stator were discussed.Moreover,comparison of dynamic characteristics between this quadrupole stator and an am-bipolar stator with the same capacity was carried out.The results show that,the inherent frequency of this quadrupole stator end winding avoided the 100 Hz electromagnetic excitation frequency effectively,which had well dynamic characteristics;the maximum amplitude of the vibration under conditions of idling at ra-ted speed of 1 500 r/min,three-phase short-circuit test,full field test and rated load is not larger than 24μm,indicating the vibration state is good;compared with the domestic ambipolar stator with the same capacity,the rotating speed of the quadrupole stator reduced to half,and the electric driven force at the winding end also halved.
