利用热重法对广州5种城市污泥及肇庆市1种污水污泥进行实验研究,并通过 TG-DTG 曲线分析了污泥的燃烧特性。结果表明:整个污泥燃烧可分为水分析出、挥发分析出、挥发分燃烧、焦炭燃烧4个阶段;不同类别污泥的燃烧特性与污水处理厂的工艺、污泥的种类、理化性质有很大关系,其中挥发分的析出和燃烧制约着污泥整个燃烧过程,并且污泥在低温段和高温段的燃烧特性差异较大;随着另一种工业污泥的加入,造纸污泥燃烧峰加宽,燃烧变得均匀,并且造纸污泥燃烧性能得到提高;从燃尽指数Df 和着火指数Di 来看,所研究的6种污泥燃烧性能由高到低依次为KFQ>LJ>ZQ>DTS>LD>ZZ,并且广州与肇庆同类污泥燃烧特性无明显差异。

Five kinds of sewage sludge from the city of Guangzhou and one sewage sludge from the city of Zhaoqing were investigated by thermogravimetric method and their combustion characteristics were ana-lyzed through TG-DTG curves.It is found that the whole combustion process can be divided into four sta-ges:the water release,volatile release volatile combustion and fixed carbon combustion,among which the volatile release and combustion stage controls the entire combustion process.The combustion characteris-tics of different types of sludge depend on the wastewater treatment process,source and their physical and chemical properties.To some extent,the combustion characteristics of the sludge at low temperatures are different from those at high temperatures.Furthermore,the combustion performance and combustibility of paper mill sludge are improved by adding a certain industrial sewage sludge.In view of burnout index Df and index Di ,the combustion performance of the six sludges are in the order of KFQ>LJ>ZQ>DTS>LD>ZZ,and the combustion behavior of the similar sludge has no significant differences,no matter they are from Guangzhou or Zhaoqing.
