为了实现海洋工程船舶海上紧急救援的功能,对工程船舶上直升机甲板模块的设计进行分析。直升机甲板模块采用外伸的桁架式结构,适用 S-92型直升机,主要由管支撑、面板、加强筋、梯道、安全网、着陆网、疏排水系统、消防系统、边界灯等构成。利用 SACS 软件建立了三维有限元分析模型,对梁、立柱以及板材进行强度校核。通过计算证实外伸的桁架式直升机甲板模块设计能够满足 S-92型直升机的起降强度和规范要求。

In order to realize the function of the marine engineering ship marine emergency rescue, the study of engineering ship helicopter deck module was designed.The outrigger truss stiffened structure design is adopted,being suitable model for S-92,mainly supported by tube,panel,stiff-ener,staircases,safety nets,landing net,hydrophobic drainage system,fire control system,bound-ary lamp,etc.Three-dimensional finite element analysis model was established based on software SACS,check analysis of beam and column and plate.Conclusion confirmed by calculation the out-rigger truss type helicopter deck module design can satisfy the intensity of S-92 aircraft landing and specification requirements.
