当外界激励频率与浮式生产平台用油气水分离器内液相晃荡固有频率接近时,将引发液相共振的问题。利用基于势流理论的势流体单元,建立了适用于任意三维刚性贮液容器内液相晃荡固有频率的有限元分析模型,并对油气水分离器在不同分离器筒体长度、直径和液位高度等情况下,液相晃荡固有频率的变化规律进行了研究,提出了提高液相晃荡固有频率以避开共振频带的途径和方法。结果表明:在对浮式生产平台用油气水分离器进行结构设计时,为避开共振频带,可通过减小筒体长度的方式来增大液相的纵向晃荡固有频率,通过减小筒体直径和提高分离器内液相高度的方式来增大液相的横向和混合晃荡固有频率。

When the external excitation frequency is close to the natural frequencies of liquid slos-hing in three-phase separators used by offshore floating production platform,the resonance re-sponse will be caused.Based on linear potential flow theory,a finite element model of liquid slos-hing natural frequencies for arbitrary 3-D rigid containers has been established and the reliability of the numerical solutions has been assessed by the comparison with the results from a boundary element numerical solution.By use of the model,the effect of the separator geometry and the liq-uid level on liquid sloshing natural frequencies has been studied and the means to avoid the reso-nance frequency have also been proposed.The results show that the natural frequencies for longi-tudinal sloshing in separator can be increased by reducing the length of cylinder and the natural frequencies for transverse and mixed sloshing can be increased by reducing the diameter of separa-tor or improving the liquid level in separator.
