将禁忌算法与模拟退火算法相结合,并对邻域解产生的方法进行了改进,大大提高了全局寻优的效率。采用改进后的模拟退火算法对某火电厂中间仓储式钢球磨煤机制粉系统进行优化控制,提高了制粉系统的运行效率。在某石化热电厂发电机组上的应用表明,该方法大幅提高了算法的自寻优效率,在保证全局最优的前提下,降低了运算次数,在锅炉正常负荷和高负荷工况下,制粉系统出力均达到了设计指标。

The ball mill pulverizing system (BMPS)with intermediate storage consumes a large amount of electric power in thermal power plants.By combining the tabu search (TS)algorithm and the simulated an-nealing (SA)algorithm,the method for producing neighborhood solution was improved to enhance the global optimization efficiency.The modified simulated annealing algorithm was applied in a power plant to optimize and control the pulverizing system.The results show this method dramatically enhanced the self-optimizing efficiency,which reduced the calculation times on the premise of ensuring the global optimiza-tion.The pulverizing system reached the design indexes under normal load and high load conditions.
