采用CFD软件Fluent对某330 MW机组SCR烟气脱硝系统进行流场数值模拟计算,分析反应器及烟道中导流板的不同布置对流场分布的影响.结果表明:通过在入口烟道采用圆弧过渡转角及6片直形曲板,反应器与混合段水平连接处采用6片折板导流,催化剂入口前采用54片直板等间距布置的优化措施,可显著改善流场均匀性.优化后第1层催化剂截面处速度不均匀值为14.4%,系统压降为134.43 Pa,满足优化要求,有利于脱硝反应和延长催化剂使用寿命.

To investigate the effect of arrangement of guiding plates in flue duct on flow field in SCR reac-tors,numerical simulation on a 330 MW unit was performed by applying the Fluent software.The results show that,countermeasures such as employing arc transitional angle and 6 straight curved plates at the flue inlet,using 6 folded plates to guide the flow at joint between the reactor and horizontal part of the mixing section,and applying 54 equal interval straight plates in front of the catalyst entrance can improve uniform-ity of the flow field significantly.The non-uniformity of velocity at cross section of the optimized first cata-lyst layer is 14.4%,and the pressure drop of the system is 134.43 Pa,which satisfies the optimization re-quirements and is beneficial to denitration reaction and prolonging the catalyst's service life.
