目的：对气相色谱-质谱法测定葡萄酒中邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)的方法进行不确定度分析。方法依据GB/T 21911-2008《食品中邻苯二甲酸酯的测定》，采用气相色谱-质谱法测定葡萄酒中的邻苯二甲酸二丁酯类增塑剂。参照 JJF1059-1999《测量不确定度的评定与表示》，对整个过程中不确定度的来源进行了分析。结果气相色谱-质谱法测定葡萄酒中DBP过程中的扩展不确定为0.01135 mg/kg。结论本方法适用于气相色谱法测定葡萄酒中邻苯二甲酸二丁酯的不确定度评定。
목적：대기상색보-질보법측정포도주중린분이갑산이정지(DBP)적방법진행불학정도분석。방법의거GB/T 21911-2008《식품중린분이갑산지적측정》，채용기상색보-질보법측정포도주중적린분이갑산이정지류증소제。삼조 JJF1059-1999《측량불학정도적평정여표시》，대정개과정중불학정도적래원진행료분석。결과기상색보-질보법측정포도주중DBP과정중적확전불학정위0.01135 mg/kg。결론본방법괄용우기상색보법측정포도주중린분이갑산이정지적불학정도평정。
Objective Uncertainty of bis-butyl ester (DBP) in measurement by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS) was analyzed. Methods Phthalate esters in wine were determined by GC/MS according to GB/T 21911-2008 “Determination of Phthalate Esters in Foods”. According to JJF 1059-1999“Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement”, the source of uncertainty in the whole process of measurement was analyzed. Results The results showed that the expanded uncertainty was 0.01135 mg/kg. Conclusion This method was applicable to the uncertainty evaluation of GC-MS determination of bis-butyl ester in wine.
