目的:为加强我国苹果中腈苯唑农药残留的监控,保护我国苹果在国际贸易中的合理地位,建立了苹果中腈苯唑的液相色谱-三重四级杆质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)测定方法。方法样品经乙腈提取,超高效液相色谱-串联质谱下进行测定。结果目标物在0.005~0.50 mg/L范围内成线性,相关系数 r>0.99,空白样品中分析物在添加浓度为0.01、0.02、0.05 mg/kg时,平均回收率为89.6%~93.0%,相对标准偏差为2.4%~7.9%,定量限为0.01 mg/kg。结论本方法操作简便、灵敏度高、准确度好,能满足农残检测分析的要求。
目的:為加彊我國蘋果中腈苯唑農藥殘留的鑑控,保護我國蘋果在國際貿易中的閤理地位,建立瞭蘋果中腈苯唑的液相色譜-三重四級桿質譜(UPLC-MS/MS)測定方法。方法樣品經乙腈提取,超高效液相色譜-串聯質譜下進行測定。結果目標物在0.005~0.50 mg/L範圍內成線性,相關繫數 r>0.99,空白樣品中分析物在添加濃度為0.01、0.02、0.05 mg/kg時,平均迴收率為89.6%~93.0%,相對標準偏差為2.4%~7.9%,定量限為0.01 mg/kg。結論本方法操作簡便、靈敏度高、準確度好,能滿足農殘檢測分析的要求。
목적:위가강아국평과중정분서농약잔류적감공,보호아국평과재국제무역중적합리지위,건립료평과중정분서적액상색보-삼중사급간질보(UPLC-MS/MS)측정방법。방법양품경을정제취,초고효액상색보-천련질보하진행측정。결과목표물재0.005~0.50 mg/L범위내성선성,상관계수 r>0.99,공백양품중분석물재첨가농도위0.01、0.02、0.05 mg/kg시,평균회수솔위89.6%~93.0%,상대표준편차위2.4%~7.9%,정량한위0.01 mg/kg。결론본방법조작간편、령민도고、준학도호,능만족농잔검측분석적요구。
Objective To establish the simultaneous determination method for the residues of fenbuconazole pesticide in apple by ultra pressure liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry (UPLC-QQQ-MS/MS). Methods The samples were extracted by ultrasonic extraction with acetonitrile. The analysis was detected by UPLC-MS/MS under positive electrospray ionization (ESI+) and multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode. The matrix-matched external standard calibration curves were used for the quantitative analysis. Results Under the optimum conditions, the method showed a good linearity in the range of 0.005~0.50 mg/L with correlation coefficient over 0.99. The limit of quantitation (LOQ) for the pesticide residue was 0.01 mg/kg. The average recoveries of pesticides residues were 89.6%~93.0% at the spiked levels of 0.01, 0.02 and 0.05 mg/kg with relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 2.4%~7.9%. Conclusion The method is sensitive and accurate, and it is suitable for simultaneous quantitative determination of fenbuconazole pesticides in apple.
