鉴于汽车转向系统的缺陷严重影响行车安全,本文在分析汽车转向系统缺陷形式及其影响的基础上,提出了针对电动助力转向系统的缺陷(包括助力消失、助力过大/不足和误助力等缺陷)的实验辨识方法,并通过台架实验进行了验证。实验结果表明,所提出的实验辨识方法可有效辨识电动助力转向系统的主要缺陷。
鑒于汽車轉嚮繫統的缺陷嚴重影響行車安全,本文在分析汽車轉嚮繫統缺陷形式及其影響的基礎上,提齣瞭針對電動助力轉嚮繫統的缺陷(包括助力消失、助力過大/不足和誤助力等缺陷)的實驗辨識方法,併通過檯架實驗進行瞭驗證。實驗結果錶明,所提齣的實驗辨識方法可有效辨識電動助力轉嚮繫統的主要缺陷。

In view of that the defects of vehicle steering system seriously affect driving safety, an experi-mental identification scheme for the defects of electric power steering ( EPS ) system is proposed and verified by bench experiments in this paper based on an analysis on the forms and effects of steering system defects. The results of experiments show that the experimental identification scheme proposed can effectively identify the main defects of EPS system.
