应用Abaqus软件对某钢制车轮在动态弯曲载荷作用下的应力分布进行了仿真计算,并研究了不同加载方式对车轮应力计算结果的影响。将不同加载方式下所得车轮应力危险点应力变化情况与试验结果进行对比。结果表明,动态加载方式所得应力结果与测试结果较为接近,说明在对弯曲载荷作用下钢制车轮应力进行仿真时宜采用动态加载方法。
應用Abaqus軟件對某鋼製車輪在動態彎麯載荷作用下的應力分佈進行瞭倣真計算,併研究瞭不同加載方式對車輪應力計算結果的影響。將不同加載方式下所得車輪應力危險點應力變化情況與試驗結果進行對比。結果錶明,動態加載方式所得應力結果與測試結果較為接近,說明在對彎麯載荷作用下鋼製車輪應力進行倣真時宜採用動態加載方法。

The stress distribution of a steel wheel subjected to dynamic bending loads is simulated by using FEA code Abaqus to study the effects of loading modes on the calculated results of wheel stress. The calculated stresses at risky location of wheel under different loading modes are compared with test data. The results show that the stress results obtained under dynamic loading mode are closer to testes ones, meaning that it is preferable to a-dopt dynamic loading mode in simulating stress of steel wheel subjected to bending loads.
