本文提出一种采用双峰排气凸轮实现内部EGR的方案,并利用AVL FIRE软件对某柴油机的工作过程进行三维数值模拟,研究了内部EGR对发动机进气过程中缸内气体流场、湍动能分布、O2浓度分布、放热率和燃烧排放物的影响规律,进行了采用与不采用内部EGR 8个工况的排放对比试验,验证了双峰排气凸轮方案对降低柴油机NOx 排放的效果,为低成本改进柴油机的燃烧排放性能提供了参考。

A scheme is put forward of adopting twin exhaust cams to realize internal EGR, and AVL FIRE software is used to conduct a 3 D numerical simulation on the working process of a diesel engine to study the law of the effects of internal EGR on the in-cylinder flow field, the distributions of turbulent kinetic energy and O2 concen-tration, heat release rate and combustion pollutants in the induction process of engine. A comparative emission test is also performed on eight working conditions with and without internal EGR to verify the NOx emission reduction effects of twin exhaust cams, providing references for improving the combustion and emission performances of diesel engine with low cost.
