目的：研究氟斑牙患者的牙齿颜色和他们社会心理状况的相关性，从而对氟斑牙患者的美白需求趋势作出评估。方法：以2008年12月～2010年12月来徐州市口腔医院就诊的氟斑牙患者336例作为调查对象，采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）对其心理反应症状进行评定，按年龄分组与常模组进行比较，应用统计学软件CS10．34对数据进行t＇检验。采用牙齿颜色认知与美白心理问卷评定被测试者对牙齿颜色的认知程度。结果：18～29岁组患者的人际关系敏感、焦虑、敌意因子得分高于常模组（P＜0．05）。30～39岁组患者人际关系敏感因子得分高于常模组（P＜0．05）。40～49岁组患者人际关系敏感、抑郁因子得分高于常模组（P＜0．05）。50～60岁组患者各因子得分与常模组差异无统计学意义。71．4％的氟斑牙患者对自己的牙齿颜色不满意，72．6％的被调查者认为牙齿颜色美白对他们重要。结论：氟斑牙患者的牙齿颜色与心理状况相关，大多数氟斑牙患者可能有牙齿美白需求。
목적：연구불반아환자적아치안색화타문사회심리상황적상관성，종이대불반아환자적미백수구추세작출평고。방법：이2008년12월～2010년12월래서주시구강의원취진적불반아환자336례작위조사대상，채용증상자평량표（SCL-90）대기심리반응증상진행평정，안년령분조여상모조진행비교，응용통계학연건CS10．34대수거진행t＇검험。채용아치안색인지여미백심리문권평정피측시자대아치안색적인지정도。결과：18～29세조환자적인제관계민감、초필、활의인자득분고우상모조（P＜0．05）。30～39세조환자인제관계민감인자득분고우상모조（P＜0．05）。40～49세조환자인제관계민감、억욱인자득분고우상모조（P＜0．05）。50～60세조환자각인자득분여상모조차이무통계학의의。71．4％적불반아환자대자기적아치안색불만의，72．6％적피조사자인위아치안색미백대타문중요。결론：불반아환자적아치안색여심리상황상관，대다수불반아환자가능유아치미백수구。
Objiective:To study the correlation between tooth colour of patients with dental fluorosis and their social psychologic status. Method:A total of 336patients with dental fluorosis were divided in 4 groups According to the age group and measured with SCL-90,the results were contrasted with the normal.All the subjects were measured with a Questionnaire about Teeth color cognitive and teeth bleaching. CS10.34 was used as a statistical software and P <0.05 was considered as significant difference. Result:Compared to Normal model,the value of patient's SCL-90 increased on interpersonal sensitiv-ity,anxiety and hostility in 18~29,on interpersonal sensitivity in 30~39, on interpersonal sensitivity and depressed in 40~49 with statistic difference (P <0.05). 71.4 % of patients were not satisfacted with the colour of their teeth and 72.6 % of pa-tients thought their teeth colour was important to them. Conclusion:Social psychologic status of patients with dental fluorosis were associated with their tooth colour. Majority of patients with dental fluorosis may have demand for tooth bleaching.
