目的:探讨柚皮甙/细菌纤维素(BC)材料修复骨缺损的效果。方法:将柚皮甙与细菌纤维素复合,植入兔下颌骨的缺损区。分别在术后4、8、12周取材,进行大体观察、X线检测、扫描电镜、组织学观察、以及新骨的形成观察。结果:每时间点进行大体观察、X线观察、扫描电镜、组织学观察新骨的形成,实验组均优于对照组。结论:柚皮甙/细菌纤维素材料具有显著加速成骨的作用。

목적:탐토유피대/세균섬유소(BC)재료수복골결손적효과。방법:장유피대여세균섬유소복합,식입토하합골적결손구。분별재술후4、8、12주취재,진행대체관찰、X선검측、소묘전경、조직학관찰、이급신골적형성관찰。결과:매시간점진행대체관찰、X선관찰、소묘전경、조직학관찰신골적형성,실험조균우우대조조。결론:유피대/세균섬유소재료구유현저가속성골적작용。
Objective:Tostudy the effects of naringin/BC in repairing of bone defects. Method:The naringin was combined with BC,then they were implanted into the bone defects of rabbit mandibular.After 4,8,12 weeks,we took out the materials,observed with X-ray,election microscope scanning,histological observation to learn the formation of new bone. Result:The experiment group was better than the control group in X-ray,election microscope scanning,histological observation to learn the formation of new bone at every time point. Conclusion:The naringin combined with BC could accelerate the healing of bone defect.
