目的：通过组织学研究评价羟基磷灰石/凝胶（HAP-GEL）支架复合成骨细胞在兔颅骨缺损中的修复效果。方法：将HAP-GEL复合物与成骨细胞联合培养，制备兔颅顶骨骨缺损模型，并设置空白对照。于术后4，8，12周通过组织学观察分析骨缺损修复情况。结果：组织学观察，随着时间的推移，HAP-GEL支架组复合成骨细胞逐步出现降解并有新生骨小梁产生，材料密度降低。结论：HAP-GEL支架复合成骨细胞在兔颅骨缺损中可取得较好的修复效果。
목적：통과조직학연구평개간기린회석/응효（HAP-GEL）지가복합성골세포재토로골결손중적수복효과。방법：장HAP-GEL복합물여성골세포연합배양，제비토로정골골결손모형，병설치공백대조。우술후4，8，12주통과조직학관찰분석골결손수복정황。결과：조직학관찰，수착시간적추이，HAP-GEL지가조복합성골세포축보출현강해병유신생골소량산생，재료밀도강저。결론：HAP-GEL지가복합성골세포재토로골결손중가취득교호적수복효과。
Objective:To investigate the ability of HAP-GEL/osteoblasts scaffolds to repair cranial bone defect by his-tological study. Method:HAP-GEL and osteoblasts were co-culture.The rabbits cranial parietal bone defect models were prepared.HAP-GEL scaffolds and osteoblasts,HAP-GEL scaffolds and blank defect were implanted into the cranial bone de-fects area respectively. After 4,8,12 weeks,the results were evaluated by histological examination. Result:Histological ob-servation showed HAP-GEL/osteoblasts materials had appeared degradation and the formation of new trabecular bone ,the density of the material decreased gradualy. Conclusion:The engineering bone scaffold constructed by HAP-GEL scaffolds and osteoblasts can be applied to the repair of bone defect.
