目的:对牙周炎患者行上颌窦内提升术同期植入种植体的临床效果进行评价。方法:收集2007年7月~2013年7月因上颌后牙缺失的慢性牙周炎患者25例,行单纯上颌窦内提升术并同期植入种植体43枚,修复后随访观察6~70个月。结果:观察期内种植体总留存率97.67%,窦底提升高度≥6 mm者种植体留存率为94.44%。42枚种植体成功负载,无松动或脱落。所有牙周炎患者在随访期内均未发生上颌窦炎症,曲面断层片显示种植体根尖部与窦底之间可见新骨生成,种植体周围骨整合良好,窦底提升后上颌窦底至牙槽嵴顶的骨量明显增加。种植体周围软组织健康,无炎症,牙周探诊龈沟出血指数(SBI)0~1度。结论:对剩余骨高度不足的慢性牙周炎患者,上颌窦内提升术同期植入种植体可获得满意的临床效果。
目的:對牙週炎患者行上頜竇內提升術同期植入種植體的臨床效果進行評價。方法:收集2007年7月~2013年7月因上頜後牙缺失的慢性牙週炎患者25例,行單純上頜竇內提升術併同期植入種植體43枚,脩複後隨訪觀察6~70箇月。結果:觀察期內種植體總留存率97.67%,竇底提升高度≥6 mm者種植體留存率為94.44%。42枚種植體成功負載,無鬆動或脫落。所有牙週炎患者在隨訪期內均未髮生上頜竇炎癥,麯麵斷層片顯示種植體根尖部與竇底之間可見新骨生成,種植體週圍骨整閤良好,竇底提升後上頜竇底至牙槽嵴頂的骨量明顯增加。種植體週圍軟組織健康,無炎癥,牙週探診齦溝齣血指數(SBI)0~1度。結論:對剩餘骨高度不足的慢性牙週炎患者,上頜竇內提升術同期植入種植體可穫得滿意的臨床效果。
목적:대아주염환자행상합두내제승술동기식입충식체적림상효과진행평개。방법:수집2007년7월~2013년7월인상합후아결실적만성아주염환자25례,행단순상합두내제승술병동기식입충식체43매,수복후수방관찰6~70개월。결과:관찰기내충식체총류존솔97.67%,두저제승고도≥6 mm자충식체류존솔위94.44%。42매충식체성공부재,무송동혹탈락。소유아주염환자재수방기내균미발생상합두염증,곡면단층편현시충식체근첨부여두저지간가견신골생성,충식체주위골정합량호,두저제승후상합두저지아조척정적골량명현증가。충식체주위연조직건강,무염증,아주탐진간구출혈지수(SBI)0~1도。결론:대잉여골고도불족적만성아주염환자,상합두내제승술동기식입충식체가획득만의적림상효과。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of osteotome sinus floor elevation(OSFE) and simultaneous im-plant placement in partially edentulous patients due to chronic periodontitis. Method:Forty-three implants were placed in the posterior maxilla in 25 partially edentulous patients due to chronic periodontitis with the technique of OSFE and simulta-neous implant placement. The follow-up period was 6 to 70 months. Result:The overall survival rate was 97.67 % and the survival rate of sinus lift height≥6mm was 94.44%during the study period. Forty-two out of the 43 implants were clinical-ly stable and loaded .There were no loose or lost,no clinical complaint of the maxillary sinus inflammation. Panoramic X-ray exam showed well osseointegration,and no obvious bone resorption was found in peri -implant surrounding. There was new bone formation found in maxillary sinus elevation even on without bone transplantation cases. The average of sulcus bleeding index around the implants was 0~1. Conclusion:To atrophic edentulous posterior maxillary region in patients with periodon-titis,OSFE and simultaneously implant placement can achieve satisfactory clinical effect.
