物联网在智能家居的应用是物联网产业发展和应用推广的一个方向。文章首先在对家庭网络提供的典型服务、家庭内部智能设备分析的基础上，提出了物联网智能家居系统架构，然后阐述了基于家庭智能终端的物联网智能家居及智慧社区解决方案、家庭智能终端的功能与特征。最后详细分析了物联网智能家居中间件与应用平台、标准制定等关键技术问题．提出物联网智能家居设备研发与验证的具体内容。

Application of Internet of Things (lOT) in smart home is the direction of the development and promotion of networking industry. This article first proposes smart home system architecture based on the analysis of typical services provided by home network and the family intelligent devices inside. Then it describes the solutions of lOT smart home and smart community based on and the features and characteristics of the family intelligent terminals. Finally, it analysed details of the key technical issues of lOT Smart Home middleware and application platforms, standard-setting and so on and provides detailed content of lOT smart home equipments research and develop and testing and verifying.
