The cage fracture occurred after using a deep groove ball bearing. By analyzing the fault features of the bearing, physical and chemical analysis and measurement of the size, group deviation of the ball bearing diameter was out of tolerance, contact stress was increased and additional vibration loads, then the raceways fatigue spalling and cage fracture were resulted in.
