目的了解妊娠孕妇的心理特点，针对性地进行护理，以有效地减少由于心理因素造成的孕妇和新生儿的危险因素。方法对2012年1月～2012年12月在我院孕妇培训班学习的1000例妊娠期孕妇，采用SCL-90以及自编的问卷进行调查，对结果进行研究统计后，制定护理措施并实施。结果受调查孕妇均有不同程度的担忧心理，经量化考评后发现，年龄23～29岁组对于婴儿异常方面的担心、对于分娩安全的担心程度考评分数分别为（3.29±0.94）、（3.96±0.48），与另一组上述指标的差异比较有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论妊娠期妇女易产生焦虑等心理变化，应采取相应措施减少不良影响。

Objective To understand the psychological characteristics of pregnant women and take the targeted nursing in order to reduce the risk factors caused by psychological factors of the newborn and pregnant women effectively. Methods 1000 pregnant women studied in training course on pregnant women from January 2012 to December 2012 were investigated by using the SCL-90 and self-questionnaire.The nursing measures were took and implemented after statistically analyzing the investigating results. Results The pregnant women who were surveyed all had different degrees of worry psychology.The quantitative evaluation showed that the assessment scores of worry of abnormal infants and labor safety in the group with age from 23 to 29 years were (3.29±0.94) and (3.96±0.48) respectively, and the differences were statistically significant in these indicators between the group with age from 23 to 29 years and another group(P<0.05). Conclusion Pregnancy women can cause the psychological changes such as anxiety, so we should take corresponding measures to reduce bad influence.
