目的 探讨恶性肿瘤患者化疗后口腔溃疡治疗及护理的有效措施.方法 将化疗后发生口腔溃疡患者随机分为护理组及对照组,每组各25例.护理组于溃疡发生时予巨和粒(rhlL-11)稀释液口腔含漱及氧气雾化局部喷雾；对照组常规予本院特制的薄酚苏打液漱口,持续应用,直到口腔疼痛缓解,溃疡愈合.结果 护理组口腔溃疡疼痛持续时间明显缩短,溃疡面愈合时间提前,与对照组比较,差异有显著性(P＜ 0.05).结论 巨和粒稀释液口腔含漱及氧气雾化局部喷雾能在短时间内缓解口腔溃疡疼痛,促进溃疡面愈合,缩短口腔溃疡病程,有利于化疗按期进行,值得推广应用.
目的 探討噁性腫瘤患者化療後口腔潰瘍治療及護理的有效措施.方法 將化療後髮生口腔潰瘍患者隨機分為護理組及對照組,每組各25例.護理組于潰瘍髮生時予巨和粒(rhlL-11)稀釋液口腔含漱及氧氣霧化跼部噴霧；對照組常規予本院特製的薄酚囌打液漱口,持續應用,直到口腔疼痛緩解,潰瘍愈閤.結果 護理組口腔潰瘍疼痛持續時間明顯縮短,潰瘍麵愈閤時間提前,與對照組比較,差異有顯著性(P＜ 0.05).結論 巨和粒稀釋液口腔含漱及氧氣霧化跼部噴霧能在短時間內緩解口腔潰瘍疼痛,促進潰瘍麵愈閤,縮短口腔潰瘍病程,有利于化療按期進行,值得推廣應用.
목적 탐토악성종류환자화료후구강궤양치료급호리적유효조시.방법 장화료후발생구강궤양환자수궤분위호리조급대조조,매조각25례.호리조우궤양발생시여거화립(rhlL-11)희석액구강함수급양기무화국부분무；대조조상규여본원특제적박분소타액수구,지속응용,직도구강동통완해,궤양유합.결과 호리조구강궤양동통지속시간명현축단,궤양면유합시간제전,여대조조비교,차이유현저성(P＜ 0.05).결론 거화립희석액구강함수급양기무화국부분무능재단시간내완해구강궤양동통,촉진궤양면유합,축단구강궤양병정,유리우화료안기진행,치득추엄응용.
Objective To explore the effective therapies and nursing care for oral ulcers in patients with malignant tumors after chemotherapy.Methods The patients with chemotherapy-induced oral ulcers were randomly divided into nursing group and control group,25 for each group.The nursing group received oral rinse with dilute solution of recombinant human interleukin-11 (rhIL-11) and local spray with oxygen atomization; while the control group received special self-made thin phenol soda solution until oral pain relieved and ulcers were healed.Results The duration of oral pain was markedly shorter and the ulcer healing time was shorter in the nursing group than in the control group,with a significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusions Oral rinse with dilute solution of recombinant human interleukin-11 combined with local spray with oxygen atomization can relieve oral ulcer-induced pain in a short time,accelerate ulcer healing,and shorten disease course of oral ulcer,which is beneficial for administration of chemotherapy on schedule.It is worth popularizing.
