目的:探讨质膜修复蛋白(Dysferlin)在妊娠期高血压疾病胎盘组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法利用免疫组织化学SP法检测正常妊娠者30例(对照组)和妊娠期高血压疾病者30例(实验组)胎盘组织中Dysferlin的表达,探讨dysferlin与妊娠期高血压疾病的关系。结果 Dysferlin在实验组胎盘组织中明显低表达,与对照组比较有显著差异(t=3.41,P<0.05);阳性表达率随病情加重而显著降低。结论 Dysferlin在妊娠期高血压疾病中低表达,可能造成合体滋养细胞的细胞膜稳定性下降,在妊娠期高血压疾病发病中起一定作用。

목적:탐토질막수복단백(Dysferlin)재임신기고혈압질병태반조직중적표체급기림상의의。방법이용면역조직화학SP법검측정상임신자30례(대조조)화임신기고혈압질병자30례(실험조)태반조직중Dysferlin적표체,탐토dysferlin여임신기고혈압질병적관계。결과 Dysferlin재실험조태반조직중명현저표체,여대조조비교유현저차이(t=3.41,P<0.05);양성표체솔수병정가중이현저강저。결론 Dysferlin재임신기고혈압질병중저표체,가능조성합체자양세포적세포막은정성하강,재임신기고혈압질병발병중기일정작용。
Objective To investigate expression and clinical significance of dysferlin in placenta of patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. Methods The expression of dysferlin in placenta of 30 normal pregnant women (as controls) and 30 pregnant women with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy (in study group) were detected by using SP method of im-munohistochemistry,and the relationship between expression of dysferlin and hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy was explored. Results The expression level of dysferlin in placenta villous of these pregnant women in the study was significantly low-er than that of those pregnant women in the control group. Along with aggravation of severity of the disease ,the positive expression rate of dysferlin was decreased significantly. Conclusion The decreased expression of dysferlin in placenta of patients with hyper-tensive disorder complicating pregnancy may be involved in pathogenesis of the disease by reducing the stability of membrane from syncytiotrophoblast.
