针对大能量多波段皮秒激光器的技术要求,提出了采用新型无独立单选模块再生放大技术,研究和分析了高功率密度下大能量激光放大系统的抗激光损伤技术、高效倍频、和频及四倍频技术。在重复频率10 Hz 时,实现1064μnm 输出单脉冲能量239.8 mJ,放大倍数达到108倍,峰值功率密度为40 GW/cm2以上。
針對大能量多波段皮秒激光器的技術要求,提齣瞭採用新型無獨立單選模塊再生放大技術,研究和分析瞭高功率密度下大能量激光放大繫統的抗激光損傷技術、高效倍頻、和頻及四倍頻技術。在重複頻率10 Hz 時,實現1064μnm 輸齣單脈遲能量239.8 mJ,放大倍數達到108倍,峰值功率密度為40 GW/cm2以上。
침대대능량다파단피초격광기적기술요구,제출료채용신형무독립단선모괴재생방대기술,연구화분석료고공솔밀도하대능량격광방대계통적항격광손상기술、고효배빈、화빈급사배빈기술。재중복빈솔10 Hz 시,실현1064μnm 수출단맥충능량239.8 mJ,방대배수체도108배,봉치공솔밀도위40 GW/cm2이상。
For the technical requirements of large energy multi-band picosecond laser,the regenerative amplification technology of new non-independent radio modules is proposed,laser damage resistance technology,efficient frequency doubling,sum frequency and quadruplicated frequency technology of large energy laser amplifier system were re-searched and analyzed under high power density.When the repetition frequency is 10 Hz,the output pulse energy of 1064 μm is 239.8 mJ,magnification reaches to 108 times,the peak power density is above 40 GW/cm2.
