采用110 W 光纤耦合输出二极管激光器泵浦 Tm ∶YAP 晶体,测量了晶体热焦距与吸收泵浦功率的关系,依此设计了基波谐振腔,得到最高32 W 的2μm 基波输出。计算了2μm激光泵浦Ⅰ类相位匹配 ZGP-OPO 的相位匹配曲线,得到中波输出时的相位匹配角。用脉冲基波泵浦 ZGP-OPO,最高输出10.5 W 中波激光。测量了中波激光的光谱和光束质量,波长峰值分别是3.45μm 和4.8μm,光束质量因子 M2=4.6。

A 110W fiber-coupled LD is used to pump the Tm:YAP crystal.The relation of thermal focal length and absorbed pump power is measured.According to the relation,the resonator of foundamental wave is designed,and a maximum output power of 32 W at a wavelength of 2 μm is obtained.The type Ⅰ phase-matching curve of ZGP-OPO that pumped by the laser at 2 μm is calculated,and the phase-matching angle is obtained when the ZGP-OPO gener-ates mid-infrared laser.The ZGP-OPO that is pumped by pulsed foundamental wave produces a maximum mid-infra-red output power of 10.5 W.The peak wavelength is 3.45 μm and 4.8 μm respectively,and the optical quality factor is 4.6.
