目的:探讨自制三清降糖缓释片对糖尿病兔血糖、血脂及体内氧化应激水平的影响。方法:采用高脂高糖饮食喂养健康雄性家兔4周后,静脉注射链脲佐菌素制备糖尿病模型。将造模成功的家兔随机分为正常组、模型组、格列美脲组、三清降糖方汤剂、三清降糖缓释片组5组,灌胃给药4周后,生化法测血脂、血糖浓度;放免法测血清胰岛素,并计算胰岛素抵抗指数;双抗体夹心-ELISA法测肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α);WST法测超氧化物歧化酶;比色法测丙二醛和谷胱甘肽。结果:糖尿病兔各给药组与用药前比较血糖、血脂及SOD值、血清胰岛素及其抵抗指数均有所下降(P<0.05),谷胱甘肽水平无变化(P>0.05);而MDA、TNF-α水平升高,各给药组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:三清降糖缓释片对糖尿病兔具有降血糖、降脂作用,同时能减轻氧化应激改变。

목적:탐토자제삼청강당완석편대당뇨병토혈당、혈지급체내양화응격수평적영향。방법:채용고지고당음식위양건강웅성가토4주후,정맥주사련뇨좌균소제비당뇨병모형。장조모성공적가토수궤분위정상조、모형조、격렬미뇨조、삼청강당방탕제、삼청강당완석편조5조,관위급약4주후,생화법측혈지、혈당농도;방면법측혈청이도소,병계산이도소저항지수;쌍항체협심-ELISA법측종류배사인자-α(TNF-α);WST법측초양화물기화매;비색법측병이철화곡광감태。결과:당뇨병토각급약조여용약전비교혈당、혈지급SOD치、혈청이도소급기저항지수균유소하강(P<0.05),곡광감태수평무변화(P>0.05);이MDA、TNF-α수평승고,각급약조비교무통계학차이(P>0.05)。결론:삼청강당완석편대당뇨병토구유강혈당、강지작용,동시능감경양화응격개변。
Objective: To explore the effects of self-made SanQing JiangTang sustained-release tablets on blood lipid, blood glucose and the level of oxidative stress of diabetic rabbits. Methods:Diabetic rabbit models were established by feeding them high fat and sugar diet and intravenous injection of streptozotocin. After the models were successfully made, the rabbits were randomized into the normal group, model group, glimepride group, San-Qing JiangTang prescription group and SanQing JiangTang sustained-release tablets group. After medicated for four weeks, the concentrations of blood lipid and blood glucose were detected by biochemical method;the insulin in the serum was measured by radioimmunoassay, insulin resistance index calculated;TNF-α with double antibody sand-wich ELISA method;SOD by WST method, MDA and glutathione (GSH) by chromatometry. Results:Blood glu-cose, blood lipid and SOD value were decreased when the medication groups after treating were compared with be-fore treating (P<0.05);the levels of MDA and TNF-αwere raised, there was no statistical differences between the medication groups (P>0.05). Conclusion:SanQing JiangTang sustained-release tablets could lower blood lipid and blood glucose, and it could relieve the changes of oxidative stress of diabetic rabbits.
