为了更准确地预测旋挖钻机钻杆的振动特性,在分析钻杆振动机理的基础上,文章基于 Hamilton变分原理和有限元理论,建立了钻杆的轴向和横向耦合振动的动力学模型,采用Newmark-β法仿真分析了钻杆的振动响应。结果表明,钻杆横向振动的位移比轴向振动位移大很多,并且第5节钻杆的振动位移和耦合振动幅值波动都比第1节钻杆大。同时,对旋挖钻机第1节钻杆工况进行了试验,对比试验结果和仿真结果,发现试验曲线与耦合模型的仿真曲线的位移响应历程变化趋势相似,验证了钻杆耦合振动仿真模型的可行性,说明考虑轴向与横向耦合振动能更好地反映钻杆的动力学特性。

In order to predict the vibration characteristics of the drill pipe for rotary drilling rig more ac-curately ,through the analysis of the vibration mechanism of drill pipe ,the dynamic model of coupled axial and transverse vibrations was established based on Hamilton variation principle and finite ele-ment theory .The Newmark-βmethod was adopted to simulate the vibration responses of drill pipe . The results show that the transverse displacement is much larger than the axial displacement ,and the vibration displacement and vibration fluctuation of the fifth section are larger than those of the first section .The working condition of the first section of the drill pipe for rotary drilling rig was tested . By comparing the test results with the simulation ones ,it is found that the trends of the displacement responses in both test and coupled curves have good agreement .The feasibility of simulation model is verified by the experiment .It is indicated that the model of coupled axial and transverse vibrations can better reflect the dynamic characteristics of drill pipe .
