采用紫外分光光度法研究了恩施城区典型区域(医院、污水处理厂、水产养殖厂)水体中的磺胺类药物(主要为磺胺嘧啶和磺胺甲唑)残留含量。结果表明,这几个典型区域水体中均有磺胺类药物检出,所检出的磺胺甲唑的浓度高于磺胺嘧啶,某污水处理厂的磺胺类药物浓度最高,检出浓度可达微克级。
採用紫外分光光度法研究瞭恩施城區典型區域(醫院、汙水處理廠、水產養殖廠)水體中的磺胺類藥物(主要為磺胺嘧啶和磺胺甲唑)殘留含量。結果錶明,這幾箇典型區域水體中均有磺胺類藥物檢齣,所檢齣的磺胺甲唑的濃度高于磺胺嘧啶,某汙水處理廠的磺胺類藥物濃度最高,檢齣濃度可達微剋級。

Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to determinate the concentration of two kinds of sulfona-mides(sulfadiazine and sulfamethoxazole)in water of some typical areas of Enshi (hospital 1 ,hospital 2 ,hospi-tal 3 ,a sewage treatment plant and a aquaculture farm).Results showed that,the sulfonamides were detected in water of all the typical areas above;the concentration of sulfamethoxazole was higher than that of sulfadiazine, the concentration of sulfonamides in the water of sewage treatment plant was the highest and reached the level of micrograms.
