以二氧化碳(CO2)物理活化法制备了核桃壳活性炭,考察了活化温度、活化时间对核桃壳活性炭得率及烟酸吸附量的影响。以所制备的核桃壳活性炭为烟酸载体,在不同的释放介质(蒸馏水、人工胃液或人工肠液)中进行烟酸释放性能研究。结果表明,人工胃液和人工肠液能促进活性炭对烟酸的释放,其累计释放率分别达到43.96%和47.69%。核桃壳活性炭在3种不同介质中的不同释放阶段的释放过程均符合 Higuchi模型。
以二氧化碳(CO2)物理活化法製備瞭覈桃殼活性炭,攷察瞭活化溫度、活化時間對覈桃殼活性炭得率及煙痠吸附量的影響。以所製備的覈桃殼活性炭為煙痠載體,在不同的釋放介質(蒸餾水、人工胃液或人工腸液)中進行煙痠釋放性能研究。結果錶明,人工胃液和人工腸液能促進活性炭對煙痠的釋放,其纍計釋放率分彆達到43.96%和47.69%。覈桃殼活性炭在3種不同介質中的不同釋放階段的釋放過程均符閤 Higuchi模型。

Walnut-shell activated carbons(WSAC)were prepared by CO2 activation method.The effect of activation temperature,activation time on the yield of WSAC and adsorptive capacity of nicotinic acid were stud-ied.Then WSAC were used as carrier of nicotinic acid and the process of releasing nicotinic acid were studied. The cumulative release rate of nicotinic acid in simulated gastric fluid(SGF)and simulated intestinal fluid(SIF) were 43.96% and 47.69%,respectively.Higuchi model was found to be suitable for describing the process of WSAC releasing nicotinic acid in different media.
