以酿酒酵母 FX-12-135为初始菌株,以有机硒含量为筛选指标,筛选高产富硒酵母菌。首先采用紫外诱变方法处理菌株,然后利用氦氖激光辐照处理进行选育,得到一株高产突变株 HN-14-109,其摇瓶富硒能力比初始菌株提高29.8%,且遗传特性稳定。表明紫外诱变复合氦氖激光辐照是提高酵母富硒能力的有效方法。

Using the content of organic selenium as screening index,a high selenium-enriched yeast strain HN-14-109 was obtained from Saccharomyces cerevisiae FX-12-135.The primitive strain was treated firstly with UV mutation,and then followed by He-Ne laser irradiation.Its selenium-enriched productivity was in-creased by 29.8% than that of the primitive strain in shake flask.Genetics experiment results indicated that the hereditary character of this strain was stable,which demonstrated that UV mutation combined with He-Ne laser irradiation was an efficient method for screening selenium-enriched yeast strain.
