在酸性条件下,利用亚硒酸钠和卡拉胶反应制备硒化卡拉胶寡糖,硒含量达到30μg·mg-1。以鸡胚尿囊膜为模型研究硒化卡拉胶寡糖抑制血管生成作用,通过血管内皮细胞划痕实验和分化成管实验研究硒化卡拉胶寡糖抑制人脐静脉血管内皮细胞迁移和分化成管作用。结果发现,硒化卡拉胶寡糖具有抑制血管生成的作用,其抑制血管生成作用与其抑制血管内皮细胞迁移和分化成管作用相关,而且在50~200μg·mL-1的范围内抑制作用与浓度正相关。
在痠性條件下,利用亞硒痠鈉和卡拉膠反應製備硒化卡拉膠寡糖,硒含量達到30μg·mg-1。以鷄胚尿囊膜為模型研究硒化卡拉膠寡糖抑製血管生成作用,通過血管內皮細胞劃痕實驗和分化成管實驗研究硒化卡拉膠寡糖抑製人臍靜脈血管內皮細胞遷移和分化成管作用。結果髮現,硒化卡拉膠寡糖具有抑製血管生成的作用,其抑製血管生成作用與其抑製血管內皮細胞遷移和分化成管作用相關,而且在50~200μg·mL-1的範圍內抑製作用與濃度正相關。
재산성조건하,이용아서산납화잡랍효반응제비서화잡랍효과당,서함량체도30μg·mg-1。이계배뇨낭막위모형연구서화잡랍효과당억제혈관생성작용,통과혈관내피세포화흔실험화분화성관실험연구서화잡랍효과당억제인제정맥혈관내피세포천이화분화성관작용。결과발현,서화잡랍효과당구유억제혈관생성적작용,기억제혈관생성작용여기억제혈관내피세포천이화분화성관작용상관,이차재50~200μg·mL-1적범위내억제작용여농도정상관。
Seleno-carrageenan oligosaccharides(SE-COS)were prepared by the reaction of sodium selenite and carrageenan.The content of selenium in SE-COS was 30μg·mg-1 .In order to explore the anti-angiogenic activities of SE-COS,the effects of SE-COS on chicken chorioallantoic membrane(CAM)angiogenesis,migra-tion and tube formation of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs)were measured.The results showed that SE-COS had potential anti-angiogenic activity which was related to its inhibition effect on the mi-gration and tube formation of HUVECs in concentration dependent manner at the concentration range of 50~200μg·mL-1 .
