目的：了解某部队入伍新兵的人格特征及数字搜索能力，为进一步的心理健康服务提供指导。方法采用卡特尔16种人格因素问卷（16PF）及数字搜索能力测验对某部3583名入伍新兵进行测查，将测查结果与全军士兵常模进行比较并分析与数字搜索能力的相关性。结果新兵16PF主要因素中乐群性、聪慧性、稳定性、恃强性、兴奋性、有恒性、敢为性、世故性、实验性、自律性和次级因素中内向与外向型、感情用事与安详机警型、心理健康、专业成就个性及新环境成长能力得分高于常模（ P<0.01）；主要因素中敏感性、怀疑性、幻想性、忧虑性、独立性、紧张性和次级因素中适应与焦虑型、怯懦与果断型及创造能力个性得分低于常模（ P <0.01）。数字搜索测验得分与16PF 聪慧性、稳定性、恃强性、兴奋性、有恒性、敢为性和自律性得分呈正相关（P<0.05，P<0.01）；与怀疑性、世故性、忧虑性和紧张性得分呈负相关（P<0.01）。结论该部队新兵具有相对健全、良好的人格特征，数字搜索能力测验与人格测验结果间的相关关系微弱。
목적：료해모부대입오신병적인격특정급수자수색능력，위진일보적심리건강복무제공지도。방법채용잡특이16충인격인소문권（16PF）급수자수색능력측험대모부3583명입오신병진행측사，장측사결과여전군사병상모진행비교병분석여수자수색능력적상관성。결과신병16PF주요인소중악군성、총혜성、은정성、시강성、흥강성、유항성、감위성、세고성、실험성、자률성화차급인소중내향여외향형、감정용사여안상궤경형、심리건강、전업성취개성급신배경성장능력득분고우상모（ P<0.01）；주요인소중민감성、부의성、환상성、우필성、독립성、긴장성화차급인소중괄응여초필형、겁나여과단형급창조능력개성득분저우상모（ P <0.01）。수자수색측험득분여16PF 총혜성、은정성、시강성、흥강성、유항성、감위성화자률성득분정정상관（P<0.05，P<0.01）；여부의성、세고성、우필성화긴장성득분정부상관（P<0.01）。결론해부대신병구유상대건전、량호적인격특정，수자수색능력측험여인격측험결과간적상관관계미약。
Objective To investigate personality characteristics and digital search ability of recruits in one PLA unit so as to provide guidance for further mental health services. Methods A total of 3853 recruits were tested with 16 personality factors(16PF)and digital search test. The results were compared those of military soldier norms,and the correlation between the results and digital search ability were analyzed. Results Compared with those of military soldier norms,the main factor scores of warmth,reasoning,emotional stability,dominance,liveliness,rule-consciousness,so-cial boldness,privacy,openness to change and perfectionism,and secondary factors scores of introversion and extraver-sion,impetuous action and undisturbed intellect,mental health factor,personality of professional achievements and self-adaption to circumstances factor of the recruits were significantly higher(P<0. 01);while the main factor scores of sen-sitivity,vigilance,abstractedness,apprehension,self-reliance and tension,and secondary factors scores of adaption and anxiety,cowardliness and resolute type and personality of high creativity were significantly lower(P<0. 01). The score of digital search test related positively to the scores of reasoning,emotional stability,dominance,liveliness,rule-con-sciousness,social boldness and perfectionism of 16PF factors(P<0. 01,P<0. 05);while the scores related negatively to the scores of vigilance,privations,apprehension and tension(P<0. 01). Conclusion The recruits in the unit have stable and adaptive personality characteristics. The results of digital search test and 16PF scores show that there is very weak correlation.
