目的:探讨枸杞、泽泻及其混合物对大鼠泌尿系草酸钙结石形成的影响。方法雄性 SD 大鼠40只随机分为 A、B、C、D、E组,每组8只。A组为空白对照组,每天灌胃生理盐水,B、C、D、E组给予1%乙二醇和1%氯化铵自来水饮水诱导泌尿系草酸钙结石形成。B组为结石模型组,C组为枸杞用药组,D组为泽泻用药组,E组为混合药物组,实验期间每天灌胃1次,共28 d。检测5组大鼠尿液、血生化、肾脏指标及肾组织丙二醛( MDA)和总过氧化物歧化酶( T-SOD)活性,观察大鼠肾组织病理学变化。结果枸杞、泽泻及其混合物均能降低泌尿系结石大鼠24 h 尿Ca2+含量、血 Ca2+、血尿素、肌酐、右肾系数及 MDA含量,并增强 T-SOD活性,且 E 组作用效果优于 C 组及 D 组( P <0.05,P<0.01),而 C组与 D组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论枸杞、泽泻均可有效抑制乙二醇及氯化铵诱导的大鼠泌尿系草酸钙结石的形成,二者混合物作用效果优于单独用药。

목적:탐토구기、택사급기혼합물대대서비뇨계초산개결석형성적영향。방법웅성 SD 대서40지수궤분위 A、B、C、D、E조,매조8지。A조위공백대조조,매천관위생리염수,B、C、D、E조급여1%을이순화1%록화안자래수음수유도비뇨계초산개결석형성。B조위결석모형조,C조위구기용약조,D조위택사용약조,E조위혼합약물조,실험기간매천관위1차,공28 d。검측5조대서뇨액、혈생화、신장지표급신조직병이철( MDA)화총과양화물기화매( T-SOD)활성,관찰대서신조직병이학변화。결과구기、택사급기혼합물균능강저비뇨계결석대서24 h 뇨Ca2+함량、혈 Ca2+、혈뇨소、기항、우신계수급 MDA함량,병증강 T-SOD활성,차 E 조작용효과우우 C 조급 D 조( P <0.05,P<0.01),이 C조여 D조비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론구기、택사균가유효억제을이순급록화안유도적대서비뇨계초산개결석적형성,이자혼합물작용효과우우단독용약。
Objective To study the effects of the Fructus lycii,Alismatis Rhizoma and their mixture on renal calcium oxalate stone formation in rats. Methods A total of 40 adult male SD rats were randomly divided into group A, B,C,D,and E( n=8 for each). Group A was the control group and lavaged with saline every day,and group B,C, D and E were given 1% Ethylene Glycol and 1% Ammonium Chloride to induce urolithiasis formation. Group B was stone model group;group C was treated with Fructus lycii;group D was treated with Alismatis Rhizoma;group E was treated with their mixture for 28 d. All rats were lavaged for 1 time/d during experimental stage. Index values of urine, blood biochemical parameters,kidney indexes,and malondialdehyde( MDA)and activity of total-superoxide dismutase ( T-SOD)of renal tissues in the five groups were detected,and pathological changes of renal tissues were also observed. Results The levels of urine Ca2 + content,blood Ca2 +,blood urea nitrogen( BUN),creatinine( Cr),right kidney in-dexes and MDA content were significantly decreased,and activity of T-SOD was enhanced by Fructus lycii after Alismatis Rhizoma and their mixture treatments. The effects of group E was superior to those of group C and D( P <0. 05,P <0. 01),while the differences between group C and D were not statistically significant(P >0. 05). Conclusion Both Fructus lycii and Alismatis Rhizoma can effectively inhibit calcium oxalate stone formation induced by Ethylene Glycol and Ammonium Chloride,and the effect of their mixture use is superior to that of a single drug use.
