目的:探讨 ROS1融合基因与切除修复交叉互补基因1( excision repair cross-complementation group 1, ERCC1)和核苷酸还原酶亚单位 M1(ribonucleotide reductase subunit M1,RRM1)mRNA在非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)组织中表达的关系。方法应用实时荧光定量 PCR 方法检测257例 NSCLC 中 ROS1基因及ERCC1和 RRM1基因 mRNA的表达。结果 ROS1融合基因及 ERCC1和 RRM1基因 mRNA 的表达均与患者性别、年龄、是否吸烟、肿瘤大小、淋巴结是否转移及临床分期无关(P>0.05)。ROS1融合基因与 ERCC1和 RRM1基因 mRNA表达水平无关,且 ERCC1基因 mRNA表达水平与 RRM1基因 mRNA表达水平无关(P>0.05)。结论 NSCLC组织中ROS1融合基因表达可能与 ERCC1和 RRM1基因表达无关。

목적:탐토 ROS1융합기인여절제수복교차호보기인1( excision repair cross-complementation group 1, ERCC1)화핵감산환원매아단위 M1(ribonucleotide reductase subunit M1,RRM1)mRNA재비소세포폐암(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)조직중표체적관계。방법응용실시형광정량 PCR 방법검측257례 NSCLC 중 ROS1기인급ERCC1화 RRM1기인 mRNA적표체。결과 ROS1융합기인급 ERCC1화 RRM1기인 mRNA 적표체균여환자성별、년령、시부흡연、종류대소、림파결시부전이급림상분기무관(P>0.05)。ROS1융합기인여 ERCC1화 RRM1기인 mRNA표체수평무관,차 ERCC1기인 mRNA표체수평여 RRM1기인 mRNA표체수평무관(P>0.05)。결론 NSCLC조직중ROS1융합기인표체가능여 ERCC1화 RRM1기인표체무관。
Objective To explore relationships between ROS1 fusion gene,excision repair cross complement protein 1 gene(excision repair cross-complementation group 1,ERCC1)and nucleotide reductase subunits M1(ribonu-cleotide reductase subunit M1,RRM1)of mRNA expressions in tissues of non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). Meth-ods Levels of ROS1 fusion gene and mRNA expressions of ERCC1 and RRM1 gene in 257 NSCLC patients were detected with real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR method. Results Levels of ROS1 fusion gene,and mRNA expressions of ERCC1 and RRM1 gene did not relate to gender,age,smoking history,tumor size,lymph node metastasis and clinical stage of patients(P>0. 05);expression level of ROS1 fusion gene did not relate to mRNA expressions of ERCC1 and RRM1 gene,and the expression level of ERCC1 mRNA did not relate to the expression level of RRM1 mRNA( P >0. 05). Conclusion Expression of ROS1 fusion gene in tissues of non small cell lung cancer may not relate to the ER-CC1 and RRM1 expressions.
