A capillary gas chromatography method was established for the determination of dimethyl ether in liquefied petroleum gas. The sample was injected after water bath heating gasification through six-way valve. A RT-Q-BOND capillary column was used with TCD detector. The method was simple, rapid, accurate and well-reproduced.
