在涂料工业中,溶剂型涂料的生产通常会使用大量的甲苯、二甲苯类溶剂,由此带来的问题是甲苯、二甲苯类溶剂是含有毒有害物质和易引发职业病的溶剂。本文通过研究“酯类溶剂”的理化性质、毒理性与危害对比、分离与筛选优良单一组分的酯类溶剂,设计合理混合比例的配方,以丙烯酸树脂为例结合数学模型计算,研究并判断环保型酯类溶剂是否是涂料工业生产使用中的理想溶剂,以此替代“甲苯、二甲苯类溶剂”,实现溶剂向高效新型、低毒甚至无毒环保方向发展。

재도료공업중,용제형도료적생산통상회사용대량적갑분、이갑분류용제,유차대래적문제시갑분、이갑분류용제시함유독유해물질화역인발직업병적용제。본문통과연구“지류용제”적이화성질、독이성여위해대비、분리여사선우량단일조분적지류용제,설계합리혼합비례적배방,이병희산수지위례결합수학모형계산,연구병판단배보형지류용제시부시도료공업생산사용중적이상용제,이차체대“갑분、이갑분류용제”,실현용제향고효신형、저독심지무독배보방향발전。
The physical and chemical properties of esters solvent, the contrast between the toxicity and the harm, were studied. The single component esters solvent was separated and screened. In the meanwhile, acrylic resin was taken as an example to confirm the previous assumptions of the formula of the perfect paint with the mathematical model,As a result, the environmental esters solvent was studied and judged as the ideal paint or not in the production of paint industry to replace the solvent of toluene and xylene, and the new development of solvent with high-efficiency and low toxicity and even non-toxicity was achieved.
