目的：观察自制中药宫血合剂治疗上环后经期延长的临床疗效。方法：将上环后经期延长患者（阴虚瘀热型）40例随机分为治疗组、对照组各20例。治疗组服用宫血合剂；对照组服用地红霉素肠溶片+卡络磺钠片。观察2组患者治疗前后月经来潮情况及中医证候改善情况。结果：治疗组治疗前后月经情况总积分差值为（3.05±1.05）分，对照组为（2.15±1.23）分，治疗组积分下降明显(P＜0.05)，治疗组优于对照组；治疗组患者中医证候积分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：宫血合剂能缩短上环后经期延长患者（阴虚瘀热型）的行经时间，减少经量，并且能调整月经周期，改善中医证候积分。
목적：관찰자제중약궁혈합제치료상배후경기연장적림상료효。방법：장상배후경기연장환자（음허어열형）40례수궤분위치료조、대조조각20례。치료조복용궁혈합제；대조조복용지홍매소장용편+잡락광납편。관찰2조환자치료전후월경래조정황급중의증후개선정황。결과：치료조치료전후월경정황총적분차치위（3.05±1.05）분，대조조위（2.15±1.23）분，치료조적분하강명현(P＜0.05)，치료조우우대조조；치료조환자중의증후적분여대조조비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：궁혈합제능축단상배후경기연장환자（음허어열형）적행경시간，감소경량，병차능조정월경주기，개선중의증후적분。
Objective:To survey curative effects of selfmade GongXue mixture in treating menostaxis after the sugery of IUDs. Methods:Forty patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group. The treat-ment group took GongXue mixture, the control group dirithromycin enteric-coated tablets and carbazochrome sodi-um sulfonate tablets. The improvements of TCM symptoms and the conditions of menstruations of the patients in both groups were observed. Results:Total scales D-values of the menstruation in the treatment group before and af-ter the treatment were (3.05±1.05), higher than (2.15±1.23) of the control group, the scales of the treatment group were decreased evidently (P<0.05), the treatment group was superior to the control group;the difference showed statistical meaning in the comparison between both groups in TCM symptom scales (P<0.05). Conclusion:GongXue mixture could shorten the time of menstruation of the patients suffering from menostaxis (Yin-deficiency stagnant heat pattern) after the sugery of IUDs, reduce menstrual volume, regulate menstrual cycle and improve TCM symp-tom scales.
