目的：观察金匮肾气丸加味配合中药外敷治疗复发性口腔溃疡的的临床疗效。方法：将复发性口腔溃疡患者90例随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例，对照组采用常规西药治疗，治疗组采用金匮肾气丸加味配合中药外敷治疗，2个月后观察2组疗效。结果：与对照组比较，治疗组口腔溃疡愈合时间短，复发次数少，复发间隔时间长；总有效率治疗组为88.89%，对照组为66.67%，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：金匮肾气丸加味配合中药外敷治疗复发性口腔溃疡能够缩短口腔溃疡愈合时间，减少复发率，疗效确切。
목적：관찰금궤신기환가미배합중약외부치료복발성구강궤양적적림상료효。방법：장복발성구강궤양환자90례수궤분위치료조화대조조각45례，대조조채용상규서약치료，치료조채용금궤신기환가미배합중약외부치료，2개월후관찰2조료효。결과：여대조조비교，치료조구강궤양유합시간단，복발차수소，복발간격시간장；총유효솔치료조위88.89%，대조조위66.67%，2조비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론：금궤신기환가미배합중약외부치료복발성구강궤양능구축단구강궤양유합시간，감소복발솔，료효학절。
Objective:To observe curative effects of modified JinGui ShenQi pill and herbs for external use in treating recurrent oral ulcer. Methods: Ninety patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group, the control group received routine treatment of western medicine, the treatment group were treated by modified JinGui ShenQi pill and herbs for external use, curative effects of both groups were observed in two months. Results:Compared with the control group, the healing time of oral ulcer in the treatment group was short, relapse times were reduced, and the interval of relapse was long. Total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.89%, higher than 66.67%of the control group, the difference showed statistical meaning (P<0.05). Conclusion:Modified JinGui ShenQi pill and herbs for external use in treating recurrent oral ulcer could shorten the healing time of oral ul-cer, reduce relapse rate with definite effects.
