目的：基于数据挖掘清代名医孔毓礼中医药治疗痢疾用药规律。方法：将清代名医孔毓礼所撰《痢疾论》治疗痢疾病的中医方剂录入计算机，使用Microsoft Office Excel 2003软件，建立数据库，运用统计学方法，统计分析其用药规律。结果：整理治疗痢疾病中药复方106首，涉及中药126种，总用药次数为706次。结论：临床以补虚药、温里药、清热药、解表药、利水渗湿药、理气药等为主要药类；核心单味药依次为甘草、人参、白术、茯苓、黄连、当归、干姜、白芍等。
目的：基于數據挖掘清代名醫孔毓禮中醫藥治療痢疾用藥規律。方法：將清代名醫孔毓禮所撰《痢疾論》治療痢疾病的中醫方劑錄入計算機，使用Microsoft Office Excel 2003軟件，建立數據庫，運用統計學方法，統計分析其用藥規律。結果：整理治療痢疾病中藥複方106首，涉及中藥126種，總用藥次數為706次。結論：臨床以補虛藥、溫裏藥、清熱藥、解錶藥、利水滲濕藥、理氣藥等為主要藥類；覈心單味藥依次為甘草、人參、白術、茯苓、黃連、噹歸、榦薑、白芍等。
목적：기우수거알굴청대명의공육례중의약치료이질용약규률。방법：장청대명의공육례소찬《이질론》치료이질병적중의방제록입계산궤，사용Microsoft Office Excel 2003연건，건립수거고，운용통계학방법，통계분석기용약규률。결과：정리치료이질병중약복방106수，섭급중약126충，총용약차수위706차。결론：림상이보허약、온리약、청열약、해표약、이수삼습약、리기약등위주요약류；핵심단미약의차위감초、인삼、백술、복령、황련、당귀、간강、백작등。
Objective:To dig into medication rules of famous doctor Kong Yuli using herbs to dysentery in Qing dynasty based on data mining. Methods:All the prescriptions of famous doctor Kong Yuli using herbs to dysen-tery in Qing dynasty from LiJiLun were typed into the computer, database was established with the software Mi-crosoft Office Excell2003, and medication rules were analyzed with statistical method. Results: All 106 pieces of TCM prescriptions against dysentery were collected, involved 126 kinds of herbs, and total frequency of drug use reached 706 times. Conclusion: The drugs are of tonification, interior-warming, heat-clearing, exterior-relieving, damp-clearing and diuresis-promoting, Qi-regulating and others;core drugs in turn are GanCao (Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch), ginseng, BaiZhu (Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.), FuLing [Poria cocos(Schw.) Wolf.], HuangLian (Coptis chinensis Franch.), DangGui (Angelica sinensis), dried ginger, BaiShao (Paeonia lactiflora Pall.), etc.
