微电网有功功率的不平衡将导致微电网频率波动,为平抑微电网频率的波动,提出了控制微型燃气轮机的功率来使微电网功率平衡的方案。分析了微电网功率平衡原理,在建立了微电网模型后,基于H∞混合灵敏度原理设计了鲁棒控制器,使微型燃气轮机输出功率跟随负荷变化,进而平抑频率波动。算例仿真结果验证了所提方法的有效性。

Unbalanced active power in microgrid leads to the fluctuation of microgrid frequency. To stabilize frequency of microgrid, a robust control strategy, which makes active power in microgrid balanced by controlling the power of micro-turbine, is proposed. The principle of microgrid power balance is analyzed and a the microgrid model is established;then based on H∞ mixed sensitivity a robust controller is designed to make the output power of the gas turbine changed with load variation in microgrid and further the frequency fluctuation in microgrid is suppressed. The effectiveness of the proposed method is validated by simulation results.
